First, you need to enable access via WAN. The default HTTP port is 800, and the HTTPS port is 4430.

In Wireless > AP Group, edit the AP Group. In Wireless Template Configuration, check "Enable SSID rate limiting," enter the uplink and downlink speeds, and confirm.

In Firewall > Port Mapping, add a rule IP Protocol: select ANY, IPv4, IPv6; Transport Layer Protocol: select TCP, UDP, TCP+UDP; External Port:enter External port number; Internal Port:enter Internal port number; Internal IP Address:entert Internal IP address. The Advanced field is optional; specify the source IP, source port, and WAN IP address.

When accessing the web via the WAN port IP, the default port number is 800.

The SIM card IP address 10.x.x.x/8 was found to conflict with the 10.40.176.1/24 network segment. Note that the WAN and LAN IP network segments must not conflict; otherwise, the LAN IP will automatically change as follows: (1) WAN: 10.40.176.2/8, changing the LAN to 10.0.0.8/8 will automatically change it to 192.168.0.1/24 (2) WAN: 10.40.176.2/16, changing the LAN to 10.40.0.8/16 will automatically change it to 10.41.0.8/16 (3) WAN: 10.40.176.2/24, changing the LAN to 10.40.176.8/24 will automatically change it to 10.40.177.8/24

4G devices automatically restart based on the Local Time displayed on the system homepage. The Local Time in the system settings must be accurate, and the correct time zone and country must be configured; otherwise, the restart time will not match.

(1) First, upgrade to the latest firmware. (2) Check if the IMEI code is displayed. If not, it may be a 4G module malfunction. (3) Test the SIM card in another device. (4) Test with a different SIM card.
